AI Agent Crew Book a 30-min call

AI consulting for small & mid-sized companies

Your team is small.
Your queue isn't.

We build you a crew of AI agents that handles the repeat work — support tickets, quotes, intake forms, phone calls in another language — and we hand it over running. Pilot in two weeks. In production in six.

Services

Seven things we build. All of them ship.

Every engagement starts with one workflow that costs you real hours or real customers. We automate that first, prove the number, then widen.

Agents

AI agents that take the action

Not a chat window that explains your policy — an agent that looks up the order, applies the policy, issues the refund and writes the note in your CRM.

  • tool use
  • approvals
  • audit trail
LLM + RAG

Answers from your own content

Your manuals, contracts, past tickets and product data become searchable in plain language, with citations back to the source so staff can verify an answer in one click.

  • retrieval
  • citations
  • evals
Assistants

Chat on your site and WhatsApp

One assistant, every channel your customers already use. It books, quotes, checks stock and escalates to a human with the full context attached.

  • web
  • WhatsApp
  • Slack
  • email
Support ops

Ticket triage and resolution

Incoming tickets get read, tagged, prioritised, routed and — for the repetitive third of them — answered and closed. Your agents keep the work that needs judgement.

  • Zendesk
  • Freshdesk
  • HubSpot
  • Intercom
Multimodal

Documents, images, audio

Invoices, delivery photos, ID scans, voicemails and site videos read and turned into structured fields your systems can act on, with low-confidence items flagged for a human.

  • OCR
  • vision
  • speech
  • extraction
Language

Translation at volume

Catalogues, help centres and outbound messages localised in a voice that stays yours, with a glossary that keeps product names and legal wording locked.

  • 40+ languages
  • glossary
  • review queue
Voice

Voice-to-voice translation, live on the call

Your customer speaks Spanish. Your rep speaks English. Both hear their own language with under a second of delay, in a voice that sounds like a person — so you can sell and support in markets you couldn't staff for.

Also runs as an outbound and inbound voice agent: it answers the phone, qualifies the caller, books the slot and drops a transcript and summary into your CRM before the line goes dead.

Web & app development

And the product the AI runs inside.

Plenty of clients come to us needing the site or the app first, and the agent second. We build both, so nothing gets bolted on badly later.

Websites

Sites that load fast and get found

Marketing sites, landing pages and storefronts built to be quick, indexable and easy for your team to edit without calling us every time a price changes.

Web apps

Customer portals and internal tools

The dashboard your ops team lives in, or the portal your customers log into. Accounts, roles, billing and reporting — with your AI features already wired in.

Mobile

iOS and Android from one codebase

Apps for field crews, delivery, bookings or your customers. One build for both stores, push notifications, offline mode, and we handle the submission process.

How we work

Four phases. You can stop after any of them.

Most AI projects die between the demo and the day it has to work on a Monday. Ours are priced and staged so you see the value before you commit to the next step.

PHASE 1

Find the money

We sit with your team, map where the hours actually go, and score candidate workflows on volume, cost and risk. You get a shortlist with an expected saving next to each one.

Week 1 · fixed fee
PHASE 2

Build the pilot

One workflow, your real data, your real tools, running in a sandbox next to the human doing it today. We measure both.

Weeks 2–3
PHASE 3

Put it in production

Access controls, logging, human approval gates, failure paths and a rollback switch. We train your staff on it and write the runbook.

Weeks 4–6
PHASE 4

Keep it honest

Models drift and your business changes. We watch quality, cost per task and escalation rate, and tune monthly — or hand the whole thing to your team.

Ongoing · monthly

Systems we built and still run.

We run our own products on the same stack we sell. Nothing here is a slide — it's live, in production, with customers on it.

Pricing

Priced per phase, not per meeting.

No discovery retainers that run for a quarter. You know the cost of each step before it starts, and what you get at the end of it. Website, web app and mobile builds are quoted per project — most land between $6,000 and $25,000.

Questions

The ones we get asked first.

Where does our data go?

Into your accounts, not ours. We build inside your cloud or set up an account you own, and we use models with zero-retention terms. If your data can't leave your network at all, we run open-weight models on your own hardware — that costs more, and we'll tell you honestly whether your use case needs it.

Do we have to replace our current tools?

No. We connect to what you already run — Zendesk, HubSpot, Shopify, QuickBooks, Google Workspace, your ERP. If something has no API, we'll say so in week one rather than discovering it in week five.

We're 20 people. Are we too small for this?

That's the size where this pays off fastest, because one person is doing four jobs. The threshold isn't headcount, it's repetition: if a task happens more than a few times a day and follows rules a new hire could learn, it's a candidate.

What if the AI gets it wrong?

Assume it will, sometimes. So we set a confidence threshold, send anything below it to a person, log every decision, and give you a switch that turns the agent off without taking your workflow down. In the pilot we run it alongside your team first and compare the two.

What does it cost to run each month?

Model and infrastructure costs are usually tens to low hundreds of dollars a month for a small-business workload, and we show you cost per task in the pilot so there are no surprises. We route cheap work to small models and only pay for the big ones where they earn it.

Who owns what you build?

You do — code, prompts, evals and documentation, handed over at the end of the build. No lock-in, no per-seat licence on your own workflow.

Let's talk

Tell us the task you'd hand over first.

Thirty minutes, no deck. We'll tell you whether AI is the right answer for it — and if it isn't, we'll say that too.
