Terms of service
Last updated 9 October 2026
The short version. This page covers using the website. It does not cover paid work — that is governed by a signed statement of work, and if the two ever disagree, the signed agreement wins. Prices shown here are indicative until we quote you in writing. The figures in the demo panel are illustrative, not measured results.
Who you're agreeing with
This site is operated by AI Agent Crew, based in San Jose, California, United States ("we", "us"). By using aiagentcrew.ai you accept these terms. If you don't, please don't use the site.
What these terms cover — and what they don't
These terms govern your use of this website and the information on it. They are not the terms of any engagement between us.
Paid work is governed by a separate written agreement — a statement of work or master services agreement setting out scope, price, timeline, intellectual property, confidentiality and liability for that specific project. Nothing on this website creates a contract to perform services, and where a signed agreement conflicts with this page, the signed agreement controls.
The site is information, not an offer
We describe what we build and roughly what it costs so you can decide whether to start a conversation. None of it is a binding offer, a quotation, or professional advice for your situation. Do not make a business decision on the strength of this website alone — that is what the first call is for.
Prices and estimates
The figures in the pricing section are indicative starting points for typical engagements. Actual price depends on scope, your systems, the state of your data and how much integration work is involved. A price becomes binding only when we put it in a written quote or statement of work that you accept. We can change published pricing at any time, and doing so has no effect on work already agreed.
Illustrative figures
The live trace panel on the home page, the timings inside it, and performance figures quoted alongside our services are illustrative — they show the shape of how a system behaves, not measured results from your business or a guarantee of what yours will do. The panel says so on the page. Real numbers for your workflow come out of a pilot, measured against your own baseline.
Using the site
You may read it, share links to it, and quote it with attribution. You may not scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, attempt to break into it or any connected system, use the contact form to send unsolicited sales pitches, submit anything unlawful, or misrepresent yourself as us. We may block access for any of the above.
Intellectual property
The text, design, code and brand on this site belong to us. The names of other companies and products mentioned belong to their owners, and a mention is not a claim of endorsement or partnership in either direction.
Who owns what we build for you is settled in the engagement agreement, not here. Our standard position, as stated on the pricing page, is that the source code for your project is handed to you.
Third-party services
The site links to and relies on services we don't control — scheduling on Cal.com, form delivery through Formspree, hosting on Vercel. Their availability and their terms are their own. We're not responsible for third-party sites you reach from links here.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every figure on it is current. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of this website. Our total liability arising from the website is limited to USD 100.
This limit applies to the website only. Liability for paid work is set in the relevant statement of work. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Indemnity
If your misuse of this site — breaching these terms or the law — causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of dealing with it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the website.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when we last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised version.
